The Crossings at Five Forks, a new senior living community with 100 Independent Living, 48 Assisted Living and 24 Memory Care apartments will be located in Simpsonville, South Carolina. This is an area highlighted by high-end residential, golf and retail. The site will be accessed by a convenient roadway system, with frontage on SC-296 (Five Forks Road) near the intersection with SC-146 (Woodruff Road).
The Crossings at Five Forks is strategically located within a 20-minute drive from six area hospitals. The Facility will primarily be served by Pelham Medical Center in Greer. Pelham Medical Center is a 48-bed hospital operated by Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System that provides primary care physicians and emergency care services. It is also home to the world-class Gibbs Cancer Center and Research Institute. For more advanced services, residents will be served by two downtown Greenville medical centers: Bon Secours’ Saint Francis Downtown and Greenville Memorial Hospital. The Greenville Memorial Hospital is the flagship facility for the Greenville Hospital System and is the regional referral center for the diagnosis and treatment of heart, cancer, and rehabilitation. It houses a 24-hour Level I emergency trauma center.
The Crossings at Five Forks is expected to open in Spring 2017. Our marketing office is expected to open in December 2015 and will be conveniently located within a mile or two of The Crossings’ site.
